Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination Training

Several states require annual training on the topic of keeping the workforce free of discrimination and harassment (as of 2025: CA, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY). Further, in states where training is required, it must generally be deemed “interactive” to meet the state training requirement. Even if not legally required, it is – without a doubt – a best practice to conduct this training annually.
